One way to reference specific content in your notebook—such as a folder, page, or entry—is by using the URL to Share feature. This allows you to direct collaborators to the exact location within the notebook and is especially useful for referencing specific data or notes in collaborative work, meeting discussions, or documentation. As long as recipients have the appropriate access permissions, they'll be able to view the linked content seamlessly.
Right-click the folder or page in the Notebook Navigator and select Share from the menu to obtain a shareable URL. For a single entry, hover over the entry and click the Share icon that appears. You can even click on the name of the Notebook to retrieve a Share URL that points users directly to the notebook.

In the URL to Share tab of the sharing dialog, you'll find a unique link to the specific content. You can copy and paste this link into an email, chat, or document to share it with others. All roles, except Guests can generate shareable links. For details on what each notebook role can do, refer to our Understanding Notebook Roles and Permissions article.
