The User Properties page includes details on your LabArchives account including the name and email associated with the account, notification settings, and external integrations.
To access User Properties, click the account name displayed in the top-right corner, then select User Properties from the dropdown menu.
Account Details and Email
The Account and Email tabs display the first name, last name, ORCID and email address associated with the account.
Notifications
From the Notifications tab, you can select to receive an email notification for the following:
- A comment is made on an entry that you created, edited, or commented on.
- A page witnessing change is made to a page where you are either the page signer or witnesser.
- You are mentioned in a comment.
An option will also be available to control whether or not you want the content of comments to appear in email notifications. If deselected, the email notification will include a link back to the notebook to view the comments rather than displaying the comment in the email. This setting controls the visibility of the comments for the notebooks owned under your account.
External App Integrations
The External App Integrations tab displays the external applications connected to your account with the opportunity to Disconnect them. Integrating with an external app is typically done when you want to send data from the supporting application directly to your LabArchives account.
